A Personal Journey
Shiran's path to becoming a healer began with healing himself. At 14, after experiencing significant trauma, he felt disconnected from his own body. This natural protective response later made reconnecting with the physical body incredibly challenging. Through this difficult time, he started looking for ways to feel whole again, and eventually found breathwork – a practice that would change everything.
What began as a personal healing quest grew into a calling to help others find their own way to liberation and wholeness.
Philosophy & Approach
Shiran creates a welcoming and safe environment where people can truly look inside themselves. Under his guidance, clients start to see the patterns that once helped them survive but might now be holding them back.
Shiran encourages everyone to simply breathe, be present, and welcome whatever comes up without judgment. He helps cut through life's constant noise so people can connect with what they really want and need, giving them practical tools to create meaningful change in their lives.
The Breathing Journey Method
Over his twenty years of practice, Shiran developed the Breathing Journey method by bringing together the approaches that made the biggest difference in his own life. This method blends specific breathwork techniques, hands-on healing, energy work, and heartfelt conversation to create a complete healing experience.
Believing that real healing needs to address all aspects of a person, Shiran draws from his training in Chinese medicine and acupuncture (from Broshim College in Tel Aviv) and his years teaching Qi Gong. He weaves together Eastern and Western wellness traditions to create something uniquely effective.

Shiran has shared his healing work around the world, leading workshops, retreats, and private sessions across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, the UK, Estonia, Canada, Switzerland, India, and Israel.
