The 4 hour workshop is a transformative experience of our common human nature in a group setting.
guiding
First you’ll be guided through an eye opening discussion of our basic human nature:
How are we programmed, how we ended up living a compromised life and how to navigate towards the life that we wish for. It’s important to reflect on what serves us and what limits us.
preparation
Then we will prepare you for the journey:
What you may experience on a physical, emotional and mental level.
How to navigate through the different states, sensations and feelings.
How we are going to support and assist you while you breathe.
experience
The journey typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes in which you will be guided and encouraged to breathe, allow yourself to feel and witness everything that comes up and release deep tensions.
The facilitator will make sure that you are having a beneficial and safe experience and will be attentive to your state throughout the whole duration of the session.
After some rest the group will meet again for a sharing and integration circle including guidelines on how to continue processing the work in the days following the workshop.

The logic Behind
the Journey
When we face trauma or stress, our body's protection systems kick in. This response helps us function during tough times. However, it often leads us to push emotions down and store them away.
These stored feelings don't disappear. They remain in both mind and body, creating patterns that affect our daily life. Over time it may take a heavy toll on our resilience, life choices and health.
Breathing Journey offers a key to release these stored emotions and to be able to create correcting experiences that help you feel more regulated, potent and resilient. The breathing methods temporarily change your body chemistry and energetic vibration. This allows your conscious and subconscious minds to connect more easily.
Why It Matters Today
Our busy society often discourages real emotional expression. We're expected to stay composed no matter what we feel inside. This habit can lead to numbness and disconnect from our true selves. Even though emotional control is necessary for everyday life, we pay a price for it as we are not taught to make the time and space to release these deep tensions and recalibrate. Breathing Journey offers a special space to counter this trend. It gives you time and a safe place where emotional release and authentic being are welcomed as a path to wholeness and vitality.

There are certain contraindications for doing this work such as: during pregnancy, glaucoma, epilepsy etc. For people with certain other medical and psychological conditions, the work needs to be modified to keep it safe and beneficial. It is important to let your facilitator know about any kind of medical condition beforehand to determine if this journey is suitable for you
No special skills or experience are needed. The process is natural and very intuitive. If you listen and follow the instructions you will experience the power and benefits of the journey.
We do not accept children under the age of 18 to our workshops, retreats and training program. Some children may experience the benefits of this work in a private session setting, depending on their level of maturity and specific needs.
